Late check out policy:
- Check-out time is 12:00. The hotel shall allow late check-out until 14:00 free of charge provided a pre-arrangement has been made.
- To check-out after 14:00 a half day charge shall be imposed and whole day charge on check-out after 18:00.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children under 7 years old are free of charge when using existing bedding in parents room (maximum of one child).

Cancellation Policy:

A fee equivalent to one (1) night stay shall be imposed on cancellations made 10 days or less prior to guest's arrival.

No Show- If the guest fall to arrive on the expected date, a cancellation charge equivalent to (1) night shall be imposed and the entire reservation shall be automatically cancelled.

If the group falls to arrive on the expected date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total room charges for the entire stay shall be imposed and the entire reservation shall be automatically cancelled.
